Remember to rest

Understand your limits during competition. Regardless of winning or losing, your body and mind need time to recover. Take brief breaks between games to allow your brain and body to recuperate. Going for a walk is a great idea, as it can boost your energy and mood. When you return to the game after resting, you’ll feel refreshed. Don’t underestimate the power of sleep, either. Adequate sleep promotes recovery processes in your body and helps you feel better the next day. Remember that it’s just a game, and don’t let it consume you at the expense of your well-being. A well-rested player is more likely to enjoy the game and perform well.
